A Full rebrand of WildComb Honey for a family based out of Westby Wisconsin.

This was the most fulfilling project. It took me a while to develop a logo which stood the rotation test. No matter which way you look at the abstract mark it remains relevant in a time when nothing does. Keeping the products clean yet wild was an extremely difficult measure. It’s extremely easy to let go and create. This redefined the idea that no matter how wild something is, it must always remain meaningful. It also must be able to stand as a 1-color mark.

“This also came with a social responsibility. With the growing death tolls growing within the honey bee population It’s our civil duty only to create awareness around this. “

#BEEAWARE Became the going notion, which resulted in the #BeeAware campaign. Trying to find an image became unsatisfying. A symbol became evident, the spoonful of sugar became the new life savor. Including the thermometer of red quickly growing we can see how a decline could only result in less sugars. This only leads to a forced massive change.

Sometimes the best stories takes 150 years to tell. Like the ones our grandparents used to share around the card table, the story of Borsheims unfolds across generations. Working alongside Chalk 242 creating supporting materials such as emails and creative direction.

In world that’s gotten so good at giving us more, Peg is the shopping assistant that gives us more of what’s right.

The NYC Triathlon / The Microsoft Challenge

This was an absolute blast working on The creation of the Challenge also involved many elements including Booths, Athlete Gift bags, signage, .com registrations and even this fun tri-unifiorm wetsuit.  Creating a Marathon is something that gives back, adding the fun of the design I put together a full package of elements for Microsoft to choose from.

A few main elements I have shown here.

Next we have the RNC 2016
creating all of the supporting art and activations. Print and digital signups including a registration portal for attendees.

Jerry Springer voted us “#1 Couch”  coming from a man who knows plenty about couches we take that as one of the biggest compliments possible!

Next we have the Illustrations for all of the events Summits/expos etc for the Microsoft US. team puts on.  

I curated and conceptualized with an amazing illustrator I found by the name of Danny schlitz of dannyschlitz.com


Together we planned and produced scenes that I would break down into separate elements to use for the various Microsoft events that would be coming up throughout the year. Ranging from Summits, Expos, Education, Government, b2b & b2c events. Instead of coming up with a new theme every month and taking the time of revisions in hope to get everything just as amazing as last time. This was something that helped reduce process and eliminate the need for extensive timelines. Not only that, but it helped to complete the full branding in ranging between 16 different U.S Microsoft events.

Creating the materials for Microsoft MakerSpace had been extremely fulfilling getting to give back to the world of education and creating our Jr Starks of the future !

While working on Xbox we had multiple partnerships to create materials for.

One of them being a partnership with the Seatle Sounders Soccer team. Another being Pizza Hut connected us with the opportunity to create a Holiday activation joining Late Night Host Conan O’Brien and the infamous Macaulay Culkin to Create a vintage album with Conan O’Brien for Christmas. Fans call in during the show, order a pizza and you would receive an album. 

Instant win. Created custom xbox console for a special grand prize winner. Sponsored by PizzaHut and Xbox. 

Macaulay Culkin and his Velvet Underground themed pizza band would put on a pizza themed show to help get publicity around PIZZA !

Creating multiple consumer facing materials for the wonderful folks of Tide while working on P&G.

While working on materials for the “6cap” program. Emphasizing how powerful the mighty Tide Pods really are!

This consisted of creating a series of end cap dsiplays + shelf strip banners which also added to the messaging becoming clean and fun!

The “Ask” was to create messaging across multiple platforms in wich would harness the consumers awareness of the Allstate connection.

We can do that. 

But to achieve a clear understanding of the Allstate presence, it requires a few changes within the emails. We also wouldn’t want to detract from Esurance in order to achieve the “Ask”. 

We believe by re-designing the emails it will not only accomplish, but also improve on the Allstate connection, while also enhancing the Esurance brand tone. It is a known fact that clean sophisticated design will improve user massaging. As Esurance being a newer company who would like to be seen orperceived as a new awesome modern and hip brand then we must update the emails to re-harness that presence. We found that these emails were also outdated which is only working against the intended brand tone and the trust we wish for the user to perceive. 

By updating emails in the style that Esurance is priding themselves on, it will increase click rates, brand tone/voice, reputation, UI and the Allstate connection. (But without it being overbearing.) As you will see, I have taken these layouts and applied a modern industrial theme across the emails that will elevate the brand tone and help bridge the gap between my insurance company and my fathers. 

Speaking on behalf of the demographic that Esurance is marketing towards, I can say that when I see a company who cares about modern and effective design that It makes me feel more confident in the company itself. 

When I see outdated emails in my inbox I delete them right away assuming its a generic spam email. And it makes me wonder about accountability. 

And that’s the point after all.

Gogo air was one of my first jobs & one of the most impactful leaving me with a multitude of material and people to be thankful for.

Creating materials across digital and print primarily for Expo events and summits. This would include UiUx platforms of design elements including but not limited to Icons, new pages, new event design support for logos and general marketing of each new event as the Western event we held in Mannheim.

Creating large wall scapes of graphics to create an amazing experience throughout the event with factual information within infographs and other virtual elements.

Texaco, Chevron ExtraMile program + “Fuel Your School” Donors Choose program

Managing program materials for ExtraMile  rewards program throughout Chevron and texaco fill-stations. Within these brick and mortars we have a Fuel your school campaign that gives back to classroom hosted by DonarsChoose.org to help teachers in teh classroom with schools supplies for students.

Creating supporting materials for these included digital shorts, infographics and a mural that would go out across library’s and state buildings across the country to help raise support for these initiatives within the classroom.

 Creating multiple private facing materials for the wonderful folks of Aptiom.

While working on materials for Aptioms new program. Emphasizing how intone the drug is supposed to bring you with your body we focused on melodic refrences

This consisted of creating a series of musical inspired concepts that could functionally show how each concepts comes to lif within IVA’s (Interactive virtual aid) which drug reps use to show there doctors how the drug will effect their patient.

Kenall Luminaires Using Indigo-Clean Technology provide On-Demand Environmental Disinfection via a single mode, white light using 405nm visible wavelength that disinfects while the light is on.
